Each week, completed service assignments in Insezo are used by your service partner to generate a claim. All costs are calculated in this claim. You can check claims as follows:
- Click ‘Settings and financial’ > ‘Claims’ in the menu on the left-hand side.
You will now see an overview featuring the claim number, client, week, total amounted owed by you (as manufacturer), number of orders and when the claim was sent.
- Click the claim number to obtain an overview of all completed service assignments in the concerned claim.
This approach allows you to check the claims.
