Checking claims

Each week, completed service assignments in Insezo are used by your service partner to generate a claim. All costs are calculated in this claim. You can check claims as follows:

  1. Click ‘Settings and financial’ > ‘Claims’ in the menu on the left-hand side.

You will now see an overview featuring the claim number, client, week, total amounted owed by you (as manufacturer), number of orders and when the claim was sent.

  1. Click the claim number to obtain an overview of all completed service assignments in the concerned claim.

This approach allows you to check the claims.
