Modifying customer communication messages (SMS and e-mail). How do I do this?

In some cases, an automatic SMS and e-mail message is sent to customers featuring information about the service assignment. You can personally determine the content of these communication messages.

  1. Click ‘Settings and financial’ > ‘Customer communication’ in the menu on the left-hand side.
  2. Select the type of communication message you want to modify.
  3. Type the message and drag the options (order number, e-mail address, etc.) into the field so they are included in the message.
  4. Then press ‘Modify’.
