How can I retrieve my orders? Also without an internet connection.

Before setting off in the morning, you must upload all assignments for the day in question.

  1. Open the Insezo app on your tablet.
  2. Click ‘Retrieve orders’ in the menu on the left-hand side. You will now see the assignments you must carry out on that day.

We have added this option because you may not always have access to the internet. This means you can always run the wizard off-site, thus following and completing the repair procedure. The completed orders will then be automatically uploaded to the platform once you are connected to the internet.

So you can use your tablet to perform repairs off-site, even if you don’t have internet access. This is a unique feature in our system!
